Chris is head chef whilst his wife, Maria, very capably looks after 'front of house' and the well-being of all patrons. With a variety of menus each offering wonderfully thought out and prepared mediterranean cuisine, Rioja sends you home satisfied that you have enjoyed a great culinary experience and you will likely have been brought back to a time spent somewhere in the Mediterranean.
Rioja is fully licenced with a selection of good wines to compliment any of the dishes on offer in the frequently changing menu. You now also have a choice at Rioja as you can once again bring your own wine. Yes B.Y.O is back due to popular demand.
Signature dishes include such treats as Seafood Cataplana, Fresh Local Mussels, Cinnamon Pork and plenty of local Fresh Seafood. The menus shown here are todays, up to date menus.
